Job opening: Corporate Governance Officer (m/f/d) – immediate start, permanent
Leoniq S.à r.l. acts as a Directors Office providing corporate governance services to its clients, typically through the provision of managing directors as well as board and supervisory board members.
We support Luxembourg banking and fund industry companies in meeting their operational and regulatory requirements, looking after every phase of the product or business cycle — from formation (launch) through operations to liquidation.
For our Luxembourg office we are looking for:
Corporate Governance Officer

Your responsibilities
- Supporting our clients in meeting corporate governance requirements
- Ensuring that all of our clients' risk, compliance and audit policies, procedures and processes meet Luxembourg regulatory requirements
- Supporting directors and boards in carrying out their mandates
- Preparing newsletters and producing presentations for clients and specialist talks
- Analysing legislative changes and their impact on our clients
- Taking part in client meetings and visits, with your own client contact
Your profile
- A completed university degree in business administration or economics
- Several years of professional experience in the Luxembourg fund industry
- Sound knowledge of the regulatory requirements in compliance, risk and/or audit
- An independent way of working, focus on results, commitment, team spirit and strong communication skills
- An independent, reliable and structured way of working with high quality standards
- Languages: German (native speaker), English: fluent, French: very good understanding of the written and spoken language
- Confident handling of the usual MS Office applications
